Hi. It's Pankaj. I am a User Experience Designer, and I started in 2012 in a company named Monocept in Hyderabad, India. By 2017 I Moved to Pune, India. Here's my story. A long time ago, in 2012, I completed my B.tech from Kumaon Engineering College, Uttarakhand, in Computer Science Engineering and joined Monocept(Hyderabad, India) as an iOS Developer. While working on my first application, I learned about UX Design, started learning about it, and eventually became a UX designer (the transition is another interesting story). Since then, I have worked in multiple domains, including Finance, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Cloud Data Protection Etc. I completed numerous certifications, including HFI-CUA (Certified Usability Analyst), HFI-CXA (Certified User Experience Analyst), and Certified Mobile User Experience Designer. In addition, I am continuously updating myself through books and articles. I have spent considerable time learning about UX from the internet, workshops, certifications,and my experiences. To summarize my journey, I would say that in my career of past six years, I have worked in Mobile Design, Web Apps. Design, Dashboard Design, and Re-Design of Legacy products. I have conducted Various workshops with Stakeholders, End Users, Development Teams, and Designers. |

I switched my job and joined Cognizant (Hyderabad, India), I got a chance to work for two world’s leading clients of banking and Insurance domain. Here I was working on mostly Forms , Dashboard and Web app Design.
