About Project

This Risk Management system was a web based one stop solution and intelligent dashboard for the management of technological related risk. We developed an interface where the stakeholder can have the Wholesome view of a particular risk. Also the user can drill down  like country wise, business unit wise, bio wise. 

These reports and dashboards what present earlier also but the information was scattered among different business units share points mail boxes. We collated the data from various data sources and and prepared a Master data source, which was updated on a regular basis. From this Master data source we prepared reports for the stakeholders view like this stakeholders can have the latest available reports

My Roles and Responsibilities

Leadership

​I designed up and presented works to gain buy‐in from executives, senior stakeholders and many other Teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Design Execution & Validation

I designed down on desktop tab and mobile. I executed journeys, wireframes, prototypes and design specs.

Oversight & Coordination

I designed across and collaborated with designers, developers and their onsite co-ordinators to translate product features for each platform context.

Planning & Scope Definition

I defined the product with my onsite coordinator partners.
Evangelized customer goals and balanced business goals.
Prioritized and negotiated features for releases  and beyond.

Customer Insights & Ideation

I partnered with three onsite coordinators and one other lead designer to uncover insights and translate concepts into features that address customer behaviors and motivations.

Information Architecture - The Big Picture

Developed Information architecture on the basis of results which we have got by an Card Sorting exercise with the stake holders and secondary users.
Challenge - Customers  did not had the future image of the product in their mind at the start of the project

What I learned?

Leadership - I took the responsibility of the most complex modules as compared to others. 
I reviewed the work of junior designers before sending it to the client

Dashboard Design - I performed a detail study on visual representation and there uses in the kind of data we can represent with the help of different kinds of charts.I learned Dashboard usability principle and different design patterns for dashboard design which are in general different from the web design.

Collaboration - I analyzed the sample data given by client and came up with customized dashboard for different user groups keeping the technology constraints in mind.

Defining the Process- Since  there were no such product in the market. It was hard to visualize the end product for client. Hence I analyzed the whole manual process, process flow, the data sources and designed an Information Architecture to digitize the whole experience.
