Overview-
It’s always good to have a mission and vision for the team because it provides a sense of purpose to the team and provide them the knowledge about how they deliver value to the organisation.
The goal of this workshop is to help the team collaboratively write a mission statement that can be used as a framework for decision-making and serve as the guiding principles for building the new product.

Eureka Moment!

Mostly we all have our own image of success which never get shared with others when we work in silos. To have a shared understanding is very important in a cross functional team to build a successful product."
